changing PIN

Can anyone logged into and using the TV Go app with their own email address can change the PIN, including our children.?

Is this correct operation. ?
Is the TV Go PIN the same as the TV V6 PIN ?

The functionality that TV Go fulfils, is different for both.

There lies a bit of a sore point, were were promised a TV 360 but sent a TV V6, they have promised to upgrade the box to TV 360 in a few days.

I just need to call them.

Devil's advocate - do you want a 360, or is it just because you were offered one?

I only ask because opinions about the different software vary - but please make sure you choose a migration on an informed basis because you want it. Just taking "an upgrade" because it's been offered, bear in mind a migration is a one-way trip.

Edited to add that there's plenty of other threads on that subject and I don't want to start another one that isn't what this thread is about.
