Why are TV360 recordings blocked from being viewed on the TV GO when you are away from home and not on home network?  Surely, being able to view recordings when away from home is one of the prime purposes of having such an app?

This was also the case with the previous V6 TiVo box.

With V6, you can download some recordings for offline viewing.

For TV 360, you can download some of the boxsets but not recordings.

Hi @seagull55,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our Forums.

As mentioned by @Ernie_C, this is something that we have to do on all of our TV boxes. All of the content we have on our network have specific displaying rights, which differ across all broadcasters and content owners. Unfortunately, this means that some content can't be viewed via our TV:GO/TV Remote app.

The TV:GO app is primarily for Live TV. Recordings are an additional feature but are limited, as we're unable to control what happens with this content once it is downloaded on a device that isn't owned by Virgin Media.

Cheers,
