Hi
Up until recently, I have always been able to watch Sky Sports Live on my laptop
I can confirm that I subscribe to SS via my Virgin subscription and I also have a valid login to the Sky Sports webpage
When I attempt to use it, I log into SS/Virgin using the dedicated button for Virgin customers
This then prompts me to download & install the player which I have done several times
This used to take me straight to the live streaming page, but now it brings up an error message stating "Visit manage devices to swap a registered device for this one". Error code: OVP_00002
HELP!!!!

Hi @Jonesey
You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into
http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
Make sure it's http and not https.
It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.
Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Hi Dave
Thank you so much for your response, and this has solved my problem totally
When I went into the page you linked to using Edge it showed I had 6 devices registered, including 1 for Apple.
We have never, ever owned an Apple device!!
Anyway, I deleted 2 of them, went back to my Chrome browser and Sky Sports is now streaming as it should
Many thanks
Colin
