Trying to use the virgin tv go app for the first time, have tried both our virgin media pin (1234) and the apparent default pin for the app 0000 and neither are working. Any help on how to fix this?

Have you changed the PIN on your TV box? If so, use your same PIN as on your TiVo, V6 or TV360 box

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues accessing the content on your TV go service.
As Japitts has mentioned, has the PIN on your set top box been amended previously? If so, can you please try this?
