Hi,

I cannot watch anything on my device for at least 4 weeks now and i am tired of this. Can i please have devices deleted apart from one which a family member uses as this is now ridiculous 5 weeks on

Thank you for your email.

They called me yesterday afternoon and yet still couldn't fix it and said they would escalate it which they keep doing but nobody seems to be able to help if that makes sense?

I feel as if i am going from pillar to post with no success and no matter how many people i talk to they keep passing the buck so to speak.

I asked them about the compensation as the complaint gave me £20 but i don't think that is acceptable as it's been so long now but not sure who i can approach with this as i did try yesterday with the advisor but he said NOT OUR FAULT and we don't compensate!!

I'm so sorry to hear this! 

 

I can see that the IT team have no escalated and asked for a week for this to be resolved. 

 

If you have not heard back by this time next week, can you let us know and we can take another look for from here?
