Virgin tv go stopped working

Not working on iPad mini 4

is working on the iPad Air 5

Looked at diagnostics and exactly the same (apart from IP obviously)

Just get message

Not Available

Sorry - we cannot play this at the moment

 

any thoughts

Hi @mark2kooki thanks for your post lthough I'm sorry to hear of your concerns. 

Is this still happening today for you - can you please confirm if you've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app please, and does this happen on all TV channels for you? Can you also provide screenshots of this if possible too please?

been a week and still happening. I have deleted. Reinstalled. Rebooted full works

Have you tried to change your password?

Does this only happen on a specific channel or is it fully across all channels on the TV go app?

Are you able to watch Sky Sports content via the Sky Sports app?

Happens on all channels

havent tried changing password as it works on the other iPad 

don’t have sky sports

Yeah all updated still nothing
