Virgin tv go not available in this region

Hi I am trying to watch programmes on my laptop but all I get is a message saying 

sorry this programme is not available in this region

i have full tv access and have no issues with watching on normal tv just on my laptop

 

any suggestions on what I need to do. I wish to be able to use my laptop for tv when we go camping.

Are you using a VPN, or VPN add on/extension in your browser by any chance?

thanks for your reply. To be honest I have no idea. I have used it a few weeks ago and it was all fine. Not sure what has changed?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

Sorry to hear you're having some issues here. Just as @newapollo has mentioned above, if you are using a VPN on your browser it could be the cause of this. Are you trying to do this through the browser or have you downloaded the app onto the laptop? If you can also, do you have this on a mobile device in which you could try and log into and tell me if the same issue is there?
