Virgin sky sports

Hi,

 

I am a virgin 360 customer with skysports included in my package. 

I have watch skysports through the skysports app and logging into my virgin account frequently. 

However, lately I am getting an error message saying device limits reached. This is an error as when I go to manage devices in my virgin account there is only 2 registered which includes mine. 

please may someone help?

Sky Sports has its own device list.

You should be able to sort it yourself by following this
