Virgin media customer, skysports desktop player error code VGC-4253024462:4253024462 - 4058620

Just today, skysports has just started displaying this error code on my macbook pro and I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, clearing my chrome cache, restarting the app and pausing Adblock on the skysports website to no avail. I am a VM customer using the skysports desktop app on my mac

Same problem here... it was working a few weeks ago, but now it doesn't. I'm on a Mac. What to do please? I've read all the solutions available, reinstalled, etc... nothing is helping.

Sorry to hear you are hiving an issue with the Sky Sports App.

This might sound a bit odd, But have you ran a full virus scan on your Mac, 

We did have the same issue a while ago and the User had a virus on his Mac, ran a full scan removed Malware and the App worked with no issues.
