Virgin go on my laptop just a white screen.

As of tonight Virgin go on my laptop is just a white screen with a few words on it. Any ideas?

Have tried most things i.e. restarting stuff etc. All other TV works i.e BBC iplayer, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

Its down for most people, they are trying to fix the problem, check your service status that might tell you bit more
