Virgin go keep saying it can't register my device at the moment

Just joined

I only have 4 devices registered and can't change any....ever. It is so annoying as I am trying to watch sky sports but it say my device isn't registered when it actually is.

The screenshot shows the current device is registered and I still can't change any of them.

Hi @cueball1967 

The screenshot you provided is for TV GO devices not.Sky Sports devices.

(Sky Sports allows yuo to register up to 6 devices, whereas your screenshot shows up to 5 devices)

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into 

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices 

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Welcome to the community forums. Sorry to hear you're having issues with the TVGO app when registering your device. 

Has the support @newapollo, one of our awesome VIP's helped resolve the issues with access Sky Sports on the device? If you believe the issue to be resolved you can mark the thread as resolved by clicking the helpful answer given and this will show anyone else having issue that an answer was given and direct them to the post, alternatively you can just like or 'kudos' the post if it helped you.
