Virgin go can’t log in

I have tried to sign in to virgin go but every password I have tried with variety of numbers and letters even though was classed as strong I was asked for another password. It has now locked the account and requested email to unlock last week but this has not come through (checked junk/Spam).

really frustrating, just want to login in on your iPad

Sorry to hear you're unable to access your TV Go.  When attempting to login were you using your My Virgin Media password as per here?  As you've reached out, I would like to take a look on your behalf.
