Unable to watch live sky sport now. Video unavailable message constantly. No other devices active at the time. Unable to delete devices to start again. Please advise if possible.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with the TV go app, are you using the Sky Sports app or other sport via the TV go app?
