Virgin TV go – not available in this region
this is the message I get when trying to use Virgin TV Go on my phone. It’s fine on my laptop. Solutions please??
it used to work and then all of a sudden stopped.
I can’t see an issue with my IP address when using a link on somebody’s previous post about this issue. Looks like it’s showing exactly where I am.

This worked for a forum member a couple weeks ago, hopefully it might work for you. Check you have the correct location in your phone settings, and if on android also in google play settings

No because I don’t know how to do this. In my location services for Virgin TV Go, I have got shsre precise location.
I don’t know where else to check. Please help.

If you are using an Android device you may also need to open the Play Store app and check the settings there also as advised by newapollo.
