Is it possible to reset my virgin go devices as I am not able to watch anything on my phone? I have looked online but can't see any help

What happens when you try to watch a channel or programme on your phone? Are you able to login to the app, and you're getting an error message or code?

You can change registered devices for TV Go at https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/settings/device-management.html
There are limits to the number of changes you can make per month.

There is no fresh start.
The limitation on number of changes each month is to stop rampant misuse.
