I have recently got a new phone. An android phone (Motorola Moto G50 5G).
I've had an issue where any streaming service I use the picture is fine and has no problems if I'm on WiFi or through my data apart from the Virgin TV go app.
Even when I log in to the sky sports app using my Virgin media details the stream is fine. It is just the Virgin TV go app itself that is the issue when trying to stream. It is lagging/jolty and unwatchable.
I hope someone at Virgin media can look at this and advise what to do. I have logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone and nothing has worked.
I hope someone can help/advise soon as it's very frustrating.
