My TV Go app opens up ok but when I try to watch anything, I get a message telling me that I am not entitled and must upgrade my account. Virgin get enough money from me. I am thinking of changing supplier.

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Go.
I would recommend re-installing the app to see if it clears to error. To do this, uninstall the app then reboot your device. Once the device had rebooted download the app and sign in.
