I'm aiming to use the Virgin TV go app but it won't let me sign in.
I was able to use the old system, Virgin Anytime, but this time it won't recognise. If it helps I have an account that ends with @blueyounder.co.uk.
I've tried multiple times to reset the password and even tried the trick of creating a new user account within the main one but to no avail.

No, I still can't log in as it doesn't recognise the username
The details required to log in to Virgin TV Go are the same ones you use to log into your online account, are these the same details you're trying and getting the error using?
In my attempt to log on I've reset the password a couple of times and tried to log on with those too. The password changes have led to sucessful logins on myvirginmedia
If you are still having issues using the TV Go APP can you tell us which device you're trying to use the service on please?
Can you also tell us if you''re receiving an error message at all?
