Hi,
i have tried everything such as password resets, redownloading app, new browser etc but the Virgin go tv app is not working. I keep getting Error after logging in and it says ‘oops, can’t login right now, try again later’. Please can this be sorted out?

I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have been experiencing with the TV Go service, we will do all we can to help.
Can you please confirm if you are having this issue when using the service on one particular device or across multiple devices?
Also, are you using the same details as you would use when logging in to My Virgin Media?
