I've been using the Virgin TV Go app on my laptop and phone for years, mostly without a problem. However, in the past few days, when I try and watch a box set I get an "Upgrade `message". Nothing on my package has changed in over a year. I am still able to watch live TV on the app.

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having at the moment, is this any box set in particular that you are having issues viewing as some box sets are restricted to use on the TV box only due to copyright restrictions set out by the broadcasters of the channel.
