Attempting to watch TV while away from my house on my laptop only to have this message displayed:
Virgin TV Go - Sorry, this video cannot be played at this time
There is nothing in the previous posts that share any light on how to fix this issue.

All updated no previous issues watching TV on one of my Devices

Various channels that are VM specific not BBC, ITV etc. Not tried sky sports or movies but I will.
