Hi. This problem is happened with my PC, but not iPad or iPhone. Please can you get in touch to reset the devices causing the issue? Thanks, Mark

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you are having issues with TV Go and your PC, what error are you getting when trying to use TV Go on the laptop, have you tried a different browser, have you tried deleting the app and trying again?
