Have you been able to look into this issue further and access your TVGo Device Management? This can help you manage which devices you can access with your TVGo Login.

Yes I've tried the device management. I only have on Macbook. I use the app and every log in states the max reached.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, when you are using the TV Go app Via your MacBook are you clearing the cookies automatically afterwards, this will cause it to be viewed as a new device each time?
