Virgin TV Go - Maximum Devices Reached

Hi

Can someone please help me I am very angry and frustrated.

I have called the technical helpline to try and change my devices as it is saying I have reached the maximum for the month. I have not changed any at all so why can i not change any.

The technical team said I need to wait until the last day of any month and then change it to a new device on the 1st day of the new month.

Are they seriously trying to tell me if i buy a new device on the 2nd of the month I need to wait a whole new month to register that device.

That is laughable. 

Can someone please help me turn around what I can only say is terrible service.

I am missing the football here

Virgin Go - registered device not recognized

Hello. I have been using my iphone to watch virgin go for a few weeks now. But all of a sudden I get a message when trying to watch live stating "maximum of devices reached". I only have my iphone and my partners iphone registered. Whats happened !?? Can someone please reset these for me so I can start again. Thanks.
