Hi, I appear to be having the same problem. the app wants me to re-register my device every time.  infarct my device occupies both device place holders and now i cant change for another 11 days.

Is there any fix for this yet? Really annoying. I set up new PC last week and watched something fine via Firefox. Now it thinks I'm using a new device even though it's the same one as listed in My Devices !

I am having the same issue, can someone please reset mine. Surely something needs to be done on this to stop this from happening. Sat down to watch the rugby this afternoon and can now no longer watch - so frustrating

This is watching on the same PC using firefox, had to reauthorise a week ago, and now it's telling me can't use this device as it has changed. It's the same browser and the same PC
