Pretty much every month I am getting locked out of TV Go because it says I have got a new device. I haven't. I keep replacing a device in a slot with the same device (this same phone I am on!), and then the next week it says yet again I need to add my "new device".
And of course I can't until the next month as it limits the number of xhanges. This is not fair, I am not changing device, I am always using the same phone.
What can I do? Why does it keep locking me out and thinking I have a new phone?
