Hi,
I am unable to get anything to download using the Virgin TV Go app on my Samsung Tab S7+ tablet. Seems to work fine on my phone, Samsung S21+.
Anyone had similar issues on tablet?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to see you are facing issues downloading content on your S7+ tablet but not your phone, what error do you get when trying, have you tried deleting the app and trying again, have you tried updating the device?
