Anyone else having trouble signing into the Tv Go App?

I can sign into my virgin but when i use the same details for the app it says 

' username or password incorrect'

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue logging in to the TV Go app. 

I'm glad that you've been able to check the details through My VM and it's working through there. In order to try and narrow down what's happened here can you let me know the following?: 

  • Are you getting the same issues when trying to log in to TV Go through the website instead?
  • Is your TV Go app fully up to date?
  • What device do you have the app on and what OS is the device running?
  • Are there any software updates needed on the app?

Yes its still the same on the website

Im running it on android and yes its the latest version

I have downloaded the app like 3 times but it still doesnt let me log in

 

Thanks for coming back to us @BillH10, can you please advise me if you're able to log into your self-care account with the same credentials?

If not, do you get the same error message?

All sorted now

I just changed my password and then it let me sign in
