Virgin TV GO

Have recently installed this App on my I Pad. I can't get signed in. Message keeps telling me my password is wrong. I've tried re-setting my password but still no luck. Tried to contact Virgin - what a joke - the online chat isn't available despite the fact it says it is from 8.00 to 20.00. And no one answers the phone on their  helpline number - let it ring for 14 minutes then lost the will to live.
