Virgin New TV app

@virginmedia I get this message for my go account on both my iPhone and Mac.”error sorry the video cannot be played at this time) it won’t let me register another device as it simply will not play. I have deleted it and reinstalled. Spent 1 hour on the phone yesterday with yous to try and get it fixed and yous couldn’t and it is still giving me the same message today. Absolute joke of a service.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to learn that you've been experiencing problems with TV Go.
