Virgin Media Remote Control - Android App

Hey guys,

I've downloaded the Virgin Media Remote control for Android, but when I try to sign in to use it, I get a "Login Error" with two buttons: one with "Try again" and another with "Return to sign in". Is there anything that I'm doing wrong?

How to use the Virgin TV Control app | Virgin Media Help  Is this any help?  Maybe uninstall/reinstall, clear cache etc?

That hasn't worked. I have cleared the cache, reinstalled it, and changed my password, but nothing has worked!

Any more ideas?

How do I find out that? As I can't find any details and it seems that the website for the account is down

Never mind, I've found out what box I've got. It's Virgin TV 360.

Hopefully you've downloaded the TVGo app then which is needed for the 360 box and that it's working.

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. The Remote Control App is not compatible with the 360 box. This is all inbulit into the TV Go app now instead to make things easier.
