Please help, I have tried to contact you via lice chat but after waiting for an hour with no response apart from the annoying auto chat bot no success. I can not play virgin media go content on my windows laptop or windows pc, this was working perfectly ok until Sunday 7th November, ever since I just get "Sorry, this video can not be played at this time Press the button below to try again" on everything and anything I try to play.

I have even reset my PC completely fresh install of windows and still does not work. This is not a PC or laptop issue this is a Virgin Media issue, please advice with a solution ASAP. The only device I own which I can get it to place is my android mobile phone. Not ideal for trying to watch a programme.

Hi Devon_Tex, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TVGO service. Can you confirm if changing the password allows access. Please can you give it a go and let us know if anything changes? ^Chris
