I used to be able to view my recorded programmes on my Virgin go app. Since coming back to Virgin this is now not possible. I can open the app and view what I have recorded but I can’t find anywhere that allows me to download something to watch on the go? Thanks

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the app. Can you confirm if this happens on one device or multiple?
Does reinstalling the app change anything?
