Virgin Go - registered device not recognized

Hello. I have been using my iphone to watch virgin go for a few weeks now. But all of a sudden I get a message when trying to watch live stating "maximum of devices reached". I only have my iphone and my partners iphone registered. Whats happened !?? Can someone please reset these for me so I can start again. Thanks.

Have you tried today?

It seems like the 'once a month' restriction might have been reset today, so the 'REPLACE' function will work correctly.

All sorted now thank you for your response.

The guys reset the devices for me to start again.
