Virgin Go on my Laptop

Following the increase from 2 -4 devices that I can use Virgin Gop on I downloaded the app from the Windows App Store.  However, when I click BBC1, Sky Sport, Sky Cinema it comes up with a message saying that I dont have the app installed to watch this channel.

I wonder what other channel dont work and not sure I wanna download loads of different channel apps, plus I looked on the Windows appstore and cannot SkyCinema or SkySport.

Is there anyone out there who can maybe offer some assistance and the person on the LiveChat said log on to my account, click on my apps and then there are links there but they relate to iOS or Android phone and then helppages have a tab for Laptop.PC but when I click it nothing happend.

Re: Virgin Go on my Laptop

The only two are the BBC and Sky.

This is because across all device, the BBC want you to use iPlayer - which is a website on a PC.

Same goes for Sky - on Windows you have to use the website and the Sky Desktop Players for Cinema and Sports which you can download from there.

Re: Virgin Go on my Laptop

There are no apps on Windows

For the BBC it's the website here https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer

For Sky Cinema it's the website here - http://www.sky.com/tv/channel/skycinema

For Sky Sports it's the website here - https://www.skysports.com/

Re: Virgin Go on my Laptop

Many thanks for this, pitty that the VM App doesn't just automatically take you to these sites or better still that they dont have a Windows App like iOS & Android that links to it.

Never mind maybe they will sort this out at some points in the near future
