On Demand via Virgin Go worked fine until about a week ago.
Package is Ultimate volt, sky movies/sports are part of the package.
Issue when trying to view movies or Boxsets via on Demand on Virgin Go:
Whenever I use Virgin Go through the app or the website regardless of device, instead of a watch banner I get an UPGRADE button & the message 'If you’d like to watch this programme, please call us on 0800 052 0701 to upgrade your Virgin TV package.'
I spent 1hr 26 minutes on the phone, passed pillar to post, nobody resolved the issue.
The next day I spent another hour on the phone, remains unresolved.
Promised a callback tonight at 1930hrs, did not receive call.
Does anyone work for virgin here who can provide a solution for this problem?

It's finally working again so somebody behind the scenes must have resolved this.
