Virgin Go device registration

I use Virgin Go now and then when I get stuck out away from home for the night on my phone and occasionally at home on my tablet.

My tablet works fine every time. (An old Samsung Note)

However my phone (pixel 2) requires me to register every single time even though it's already registered! This isn't normally an issue but this time it feel within the 31 day rule and just wouldn't let me use the same phone I always use! Not a happy bunny as it was a long cold night with nothing to do in the truck!

Why does it keep ignoring the devise that is already registered and keep thinking is something different? And how can I sort it? Or do Virgin need sort the app out?

I'm sorry that you have to register your device every time you login to our TV Go app. 

Please can you delete the app then reinstall it to see if this fixes the issue?
