Virgin Go app not siging in

Hi,

I have the latest version of the app on the latest ios on iPhone 12 pro max. Whenever I try to login, it simply states; Sorry - this isn't available. Oops - the service isn't available at the moment. Try again in a few minutes.

Been trying for over 3 months now.

I was on the Ultimate oomph bundle, but for last few days I am now on TV 360.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No I get exactly the same on all of my ios devices. iPhone 12 pro max, iphone XS, iPad Pro.
Even with the latest updated app.

There has been a recent update have you tried to delete the app and reinstall it?

Yeah. It has become part of my daily routine. But just in case. I just tried again. Still same.
