My GO app has no record option on amy program.
I used to be able to set recordings years ago on the old system, does this GO app need linkong to my tivo box somehow? Cant see an option in settings, or is it chargable now? (Probably is knowing virgin)

Virgin TV Go will allow recording management with the Virgin TV 360 boxes.
If you've upgraded from TiVo or V6 to 360, you should try signing out of the app and back in again to ensure that it picks up the changes on your account.
Anyone with a TiVo or V6 box needs the separate Virgin TV Control app to set recordings on the box.

Hi Vass,
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue setting recordings.
As mentioned by BenMcr, as you're a TiVo user, you'll need to download and use the TV Control App in order to set the recordings.
