Same issue - how'd you solve it?  I haven't been able to access virgin tv go via safari on a MacBook Pro for weeks now.  Keeps whirling round and round and never lets me in.

Re: VIRGIN TV GO & MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT

I'm getting the error message:

"The Silverlight Plugin is not supported for Safari version 12 and upwards. We are currently working on an alternative way of supporting video in Safari, but in meantime we recommend using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. We apologise for any inconvenience."

Re: VIRGIN TV GO & MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT

Ah - phew - thank you @Ernie_C - I deleted and reloaded chrome and finally it made me log in again and register as a new device - that's been weeks I haven't been able to load!

Re: VIRGIN TV GO & MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT

Safari 12 does not support any NPAPI plugins other than flash as it is not a secure piece of software.

So until virgin come up with a way round this you will not get silverlight to work on safari 12 or mac os mojave
