Using device - pin?

I keep trying to watch sky max  on my tablet. It askes for a pin due to age on the programe but the one i use on my tv doesnt work

0000 is the pin  by any chance have you been able to watch through chrome browser for me its not working

I tried 1234 and 0000 still no joy ive phoned virgin who say they have reset it and to try again. I dont hold out much hope tho

Im using the virgin tv to go app.

After phoning its been rest to 0000 now working
