Yep, VM get panned for faults out with their control. Sky need to step up.

It is now 20:45 on the 12th and this issue remains to be resolved. Given the number of people having this problem why have we not had a response from a team member! It is now beyond time that we had such input. Do Virgin Media resolution teams ever look at this forum?
