Thank you for your reply. No it does not help, I tried that before and again just now. This appears to be a common problem yet there is no answer which resolves it

I only have the app on my mobile but from messages from other people the problem does not appear to be restricted to mobiles

I now have only my Huawei mobile registered but it has made no difference. I can watch other channels on virgin go
