Hello, I have been using the app on my windows 11 PC until about 2 weeks ago.
The app loads but states the Sorry - we can't play this at the moment.
I have cleared the cache, tried chrome, is it the app or windows 11, but it previously worked on windows 11.
The app works perfectly on my phone and table but not my PC.

I am sorry for the issues with your Live TV, is this your TV Go app? Does it work on other devices?

Yes TV Go app, also tried via chrome.
The app works perfectly on my tablets and phone.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have also cleared the cache in windows and browsers.

Does this message happen on any channel you try on this device?

Not while using the app. I have tried with a VPN just to check if it would work, but no joy that way either.

I had already done that first, tried re-installing, cleared cache in browers and windows.
I have just tried again and still unable to watch live TV.
