Unable to use tv control app

Hi

since changing address I have been unable to use the tv control app! No one at virgin seems to know how to resolve this problem. I’ve tried reinstalling app, restarting router & restarting TiVo box but always receive the same message when I try to log in. No valid tv account 😡 

any help appreciated

I am looking into this for you now,  When you log into the app do you use the My Virgin Media account associated with your old account with us?

Good morning joe

This may seem like a silly question but how can I tell if I’m using my old account? My email & password are exactly the same for my new account!!! So I’m signing in with the same details I have always used. I don’t have a problem signing into my virgin media account or the other apps !

Are you able to log into your My Virgin Media account and check which account that is linked to?

Does the account number in your My VM match that of your new account?
