since changing address I have been unable to use the tv control app! No one at virgin seems to know how to resolve this problem. I’ve tried reinstalling app, restarting router & restarting TiVo box but always receive the same message when I try to log in. No valid tv account 😡
This may seem like a silly question but how can I tell if I’m using my old account? My email & password are exactly the same for my new account!!! So I’m signing in with the same details I have always used. I don’t have a problem signing into my virgin media account or the other apps !
