Unable to register new devices - device limit reached again

My TV Go has reached it's device limit again. Listing what appears to be the same device many times.

Could I please ask for the device list to be reset for me by the Virgin team?

A warm welcome to our Community Forum dosser1234 and thanks for posting. I've managed to find your details using the information we have on here and have reset your device list for TV Go. You should be able to re-add your devices back on again 🙂
