I am unable to login to either the mobile app or browser version of TV Go. I have reinstalled the app and changed my password. I have no issues logging into My Virgin Media section of the Virgin Media website. I am entering the password correctly as it is stored in a password manager and so is filled automatically or through copy & paste

Sorry to hear of the issues with the TV Go account.

Can you please advise me if you're issued with an error message, or is it a case of getting past the login stage and not being able to stream content?

I get the error message of "username or password incorrect". I know for a fact they are the correct details as I can login to the my Virgin Media website with the exact same details.

Thanks for coming back and confirming it is a issue with your Username/Password not being accepted, are you able to sign into your online account with these details?
