The virgin tv go app is not accepting my username or password when trying to log in. The username and password are correct as I am able to log in to my Virgin account. Just says that username or password is incorrect. I attempted to change password but the Virgin website won’t allow or accept any new passwords.
Any ideas? Do I need to clear cache or cookies? If so, how do I do that?

Can I ask if you are trying to access TV Go via the app or a web page?
Have you been able to try on various devices and if so does the same error occur?
