Hi, I recently moved house and services were reconnected 29th November. Since then I've not been able to login to TV Go. I can access my Virginmedia without issue

Sorry to hear of the TV Go issues experienced since moving, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.
Is this an issues across all devices? Do you get any error messages when trying to log into the service?
