Unable to login to TV GO

I've recently self-installed my TV 360 and M350 broadband service, which are both working just fine.  

I can log into My Virgin Media just fine and see my services, bills, etc.

When trying to log into Virgin TV Go (either via the app on my iPad or iPhone, or via the web on my PC) I get told that my username or password are incorrect, neither are.

Is there a period of time I should be waiting for after my services went live, or is this an issue with my account?

Help appreciated.

Thanks for making your first post regarding logging in to TV Go. I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to log in to either the TV Go app or the website.
